Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can accommodate other clients.
-Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% service charge.
-No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the service cost to respect out stylists’ time.
-If you’re feeling unwell, please let us know asap— we’ll do our best to accommodate you without penalty.
